MYAGDI,Poonhill is situated 3290 m above the sea level in Annapurna District of Nepal and is becoming one of the preferred destinations by tourists. Tourists have been coming to Poonhill to observe the mesmerizing view of the Himalayas. Around 400- 600 tourist visits this place every day and most of the tourists who arrive there through Ghodepani are international tourists. The tourists arriving in Poonhill can experience wildlife’s as well as the series of Himalayas with the sunrise. Poonhill lies in the trail path of Annapurna expedition and it is overall a beautiful place in the lap of nature. A German tourist who visited Nepal said that he visited Nepal for four times and still visited Poonhill as he was mesmerized with the beauty of that place.

23 full facilitated hotels have been made in Ghodepani for accommodation of tourists who come to this place for and from various destinations. A local manager said that they provide good and quality services. Thirty thousand tourist visit this place every year and government has invested 7 million for development and maintenance of Poonhill ticket counter and tea stations too . This place has been declared as plastic free zone. Development areas include Ghandruk and all other routes used as entrance of Ghodepani.
